1. Platform Ownership
The front-end experience, branding, and communication are managed by Authentic Influence Ventures.
The backend infrastructure, data analytics, user authentication, and storage are provided by Authentic Influence Ventures.
You acknowledge that your data, activity, and content usage may be accessed and processed by Authentic Influence Ventures in accordance with their privacy and operational protocols.
2. Eligibility
By accessing the platform, you confirm that:
You are at least 18 years of age.
You have full authority to enter into a binding agreement.
You will comply with all applicable laws while using the services.

Authentic Influence Ventures collects and processes your data using tools such as Mixpanel, in order to deliver, maintain, and improve platform functionality.

All content, features, and technology (except branding and original content created by AIV) are the property of Authentic Influence Ventures and are protected by intellectual property laws.

You agree not to:
Use automated tools (robots, scrapers) to access the platform.
Attempt unauthorized access to platform systems or user data.
Reverse-engineer, decompile, or tamper with the source code.

Any claims arising from your use of third-party services linked through the platform
