Refund Policy - AuthenticIN

We are committed to delivering high-quality work, and we stand by our services. However, due to the nature of digital content and intellectual work, we have a limited refund policy:

  • Monthly Subscriptions: Refunds are not issued once a billing cycle has started.

  • Quarterly/Annual Subscriptions: Refunds are not offered for unused time if the service was accessed. Partial refunds may be considered in extreme cases.

  • Custom or One-Time Projects: These are non-refundable once work has begun or assets have been shared.

For all refund requests, reach out to yourfriends@authenticin.co within 7 days of the issue, with a clear explanation and relevant context.  If approved, the refund will reflect in your account within 15 days.
