This Privacy Policy (“Policy”) is issued by Authentic Influence Ventures (“we”, “our”, or “us”) to users (“you”, “your”) of our website and platform (the “Platform”), which is powered by the backend infrastructure of Authentic Influence Ventures, the creator of the Superpen platform.

This Policy explains how we collect, use, process, store, and share your personal data when you interact with our services. Authentic Influence Ventures, as the backend service provider, may directly collect data under its own infrastructure and privacy framework, while ensuring compliance with applicable Indian data protection laws including the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 (“DPDP Act”).

  • Visitors and users of the Authentic Influence Ventures platform (whitelabeled frontend)

  • Backend infrastructure, analytics, and systems operated by Authentic Influence Ventures

  • All Personal Data and usage data collected during access and use of the Platform

This Policy should be read along with our Terms of Use and Authentic Influence Ventures' policies.


3. Definitions

  • Personal Data: Any data about an individual who is identifiable by or in relation to such data.

  • Data Fiduciary: Authentic Influence Ventures, as applicable, who determine the purpose and means of processing.

  • Data Principal: You, the individual whose data is collected.

  • Processing: Collection, storage, use, analysis, transfer, or any other operation on data.


4. Data Controllers & Roles

  • Authentic Influence Ventures is the public-facing platform responsible for user onboarding, branding, and initial user interactions.

  • Authentic Influence Ventures is the backend technology partner, managing user authentication, analytics (via Mixpanel), storage, and data insights. In many instances, Authentic Influence Ventures acts as an independent Data Fiduciary.

5. Data We Collect

Authentic Influence Ventures may collect the following:

A. Personal Data

  • Full name, email address, phone number

  • Location (via IP)

B. Usage Data

  • Pages visited, time spent, session flow, clickstream

  • Content viewed or downloaded

  • Form submissions and behavioral patterns

C. Device & Technical Data

  • IP address, browser type, OS, device ID

  • Network and connectivity information

  • Cookie identifiers

D. Third-Party Data

  • Analytics via Mixpanel, Google Analytics

  • Login via LinkedIn or other OAuth-based methods


6. Purpose of Collection

We collect and process your Personal Data for:

  • Account creation and authentication

  • Personalizing your experience and improving content

  • Analytics and user engagement tracking (by Cozlo)

  • Service and feature enhancement

  • Legal compliance and fraud detection

  • Support and service-related communications

All Personal Data is processed based on:

  • Explicit Consent: Given at time of sign-up and via cookie banners

  • Legitimate Interests: Improving platform performance and personalizing user journeys

All Personal Data is stored on servers managed by Authentic Influence Ventures within India.

As per the DPDP Act, you have the right to:

  • Correct inaccurate or outdated data

  • Request erasure of your personal data

  • Withdraw consent

  • Object to processing

  • File a grievance with our appointed officer

13. Children’s Data

We do not knowingly collect data from users under the age of 18. If you become aware that a minor has provided data without consent, please contact us and we will delete it.


14. Third-Party Services

If you access the platform via LinkedIn or third-party integrations, their respective privacy terms will also apply. We are not liable for any actions of such third-party websites.
