We understand that plans can change. If you need to cancel your subscription or services with Authenticin, please review the following:
Monthly Plans: You may cancel at any time. Your subscription will remain active until the end of your current billing cycle. No prorated refunds are offered for mid-cycle cancellations.
Quarterly or Annual Plans: You may cancel before the next billing cycle. Your service will remain active through the paid period. No refunds are issued for the remaining period.
One-time Services: Cancellations are not permitted once the service or resource has been delivered or accessed.
